A
female child aged 18 months having Maculopapular rash on face, on chin, below
mouth, on abdomen and some pustule forming with pus and sticky discharge since 5
days. Eruptions are transparent in colour. Itching +++, Stool is semi-solid,
watery, frothy in nature. Distention in abdomen. Passes stool with noise.
Irritability.
So
by considering present symptoms of Skin and water, moisy diarrhoea, itching
Rx
Croton Tig 200 one dose in morning for 3 days.

Vesicular
eruption drying up on face, chin and abdomen.
Diarrhoea
frequency decreased. Itching decreased. Irritability decreased.

Pl for 1 week

Feeling
better. No eruption. No itch. No Diarrhoea.
