Seven and half years old girl, Ni** (Patient reference number 12384) was brought to the clinic from Texas, USA, by parents with the complains of ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder).

Her ADHD was significantly observed around the age of 5 years, after the birth of her younger sister.

She had behavior problems; she would pinch and pull the hair of other kids. She was hyperactive and very aggressive. She was very much attached to her mother. She would always want her mother's undivided attention and would not allow her to spend time with her younger sister. She was found to be possessive about her mother.

She was sensitive to bright light and loud sounds. There was nail biting all the time.

She would not allow to talk to any other person when she would be around, would constantly want all the attention. Would keep on asking the same questions repeatedly, till would not get an answer for it. Repetition of words or phrases. Her anger was marked with temper tantrums.

She also complained of severe headaches. She would headaches 3 to 4 times in a month and would last for about 2 hrs. She was unable to study during the headaches.

Her case was evaluated as per the homeopathic protocol. She was prescribed Dr Shah's patented medicines for ADHD, along with Lachesis 200. In about four weeks of treatment, the nail biting had stopped. Her headaches were better. She would now get it once in 10 day and the severity of the headaches was 30% better.

After four  months of treatment, the mother reported that, she was 70% better in her hyperactive state. Her behavior had improved. She was able to concentrate better in her studies and scored well in the exams. The restlessness and hyperactivity had reduced by 50%. Her anger was less. She had calmed down. The parents were extremely happy. The child is still under our care.
