Patient's Name- Mrs. R, Age- 55 Years, Occupation- House wife
Presenting complaints-
Severe pain in left eye with loss of vision. Copious watering.
Voice hoarse. Difficult respiration.
Pain in loins with scanty urination. Restlessness, feverish. Thirstless.
Worse from walking in open air. It causes her photophobia and general worsening of fever and body aches. Is worse during rest, must move slowly. Better after perspiration or any analgesic or antipyretic, which cause her to sweat profusely.
Quarrelsome. Irritable. Weeping due to pain in left eye.
Further Inquiries-
Feels nausea in open air.
Anxiety during rest.
Feels dyspnoea in open air.
Sensation of fullness of left eye.
As if eye were too large and would come out of the socket.
Cataract.
An old case of asthma.
Clinical diagnosis- Cataract with Corneal ulcer.
