Whatever the source of information, all authors agree to say
again and again, the important thing in homeopathy is to find the
remedie that best fits the image of our patient and not the disease or
the symptoms it presents. This is a concept that is found in all the
Treaties of homeopathy from the Organon. The problem that arises is: how
“understanding” as closely as possible, especially as accurately as
possible the simillimum?
Through my personal approach to homeopathy, using family history and
decoding of the main “conflict” or issues that have reached the
individual, I noticed that the final selection of the remedy came always
followed by a conductive line that is repeated throughout the or
consultations. It is indeed common to all of us to hear: “But you have
asked me that last time,” when seeking again a term or idea that we’ve
identified in the first interview. I usually just say, “But it’s still
the same person I have in front of me” Beyond that this aspect actually
quite normal, it occurred to me that the way the individual uses to
describe his reaction mode or the feelings it expresses is always the
same, no matter on which he is speaking about. The “gestures” or
expressions of languages are always the same and can be identified in a
species of “red thread” where the same nuances emerge.
Just like a knotted rope, speech or postures in an interview show us
“Events”, details that appear sometimes in very specific contexts, but are constant, up to us to notice them, follow and interpret.
Using the technique of sensations from Sankaran for example, can also emerge specific sensations of an event, traumatic or not, that will guide us by example in the kingdom or miasma. To be able to validate them, it is only necessary to separate them from their original context to see if they show some consistency. This “signature” of the emotional state of this feeling, this character, we’ll search to go in detail in depth. When a word appears, as an image to describe a feeling, for example, the word “window” or the verb “hit”, just steer the discourse around the term or symbol to extract it from its original context. Then, and without inducing reactions, simply waiting, the individual will associate this, or symbol image with other aspects of the history of his character.
Before you jump into a repertory with the word or the image, it is important to allow time for the patient to go further in his own sensation, seeking with this starting point. The word or image that initially emerge are always linked to a trace, an unconscious imprint from a specific fact, but often filtered by a conscious or logical judgment context. Encouraging the patient to “dig” around this element, helping to separate it from the source, we’ll see it happen again in other contexts. More incongruous that element is, the more it surprises us, the more we can give it objectively a value. When it has lost its logical aspect you can know that it was not passed through the filter of consciousness of the individual.

Then the patient will “locked” himself in this feeling and will be able to make it reappear throughout the speech, it can be represented by the nodes of the “red thread” of the diagram above.
For what concerns us as a practitioner, there it is not to miss the various targets that are offered, as likely to “reveal” the way of the cure!
Leap at the chance to catch simillimum or trail that can drive us to it. It’s of course a matter of experience, but it is quite simple to achieve, overcoming the filter of the first impression.
Indeed, it is the incongruity of the expression (knock over the table, for example when it comes to grief, or use the word “sweet” to express a violent situation) which is interesting.
Focusing our attention on the word “window” which happens in a speech that does not mention the detention or imprisonment feeling must be use as a starting point to go deeper.
From this expression, speech may seem irrational and that is all its interest, the individual express then simply, without control, who he is.
Using simple techniques to help ideation or imagination, to facilitate the expression, we can ask the patient to involve the senses in its description, and then see if we get the “as if… “Who’s complaining!
– “It would be like an open window on my future … ”
– You can feel a perfume through this opening?
“No, it is a term to describe a good time, a window of opportunity … ”
– What can you see through the window?
“The glass is very large, very bright… ”
– Can you be seen through this opening?
“But there is nobody, it is the countryside and the mountains outside … ”
– Could someone see you, shoot you?
“Of course, I am naked behind this window, as if I were transparent … ”
This is the window that is transparent and it feels transparent, that is not logical, and from this “incongruous” element can start on a new sensation, look for a new emotion, a new feeling, a new source.
It is perhaps here that we will see that the source is always the same! When the expression of that feeling after a picture or a word is not easy – and it is not so rare! – It can also be smart to seek the description from the opposite.
If we venture to use a metaphor to describe this process, it is almost as if this kind of jumping or landing in the world of consciousness of past events, buried, was done using the energy of the source.
When the remedy is in the offing, it remains to see precisely the linkages to the clinical profile, then it is very rare that the information in the clinic field is in dissent with the actual symptoms of the patient.

The energy that has been spent to get the feeling from the left side of the figure and make it jump to the other side of the bridge is strongly influenced by this source.
This is not an energy compensation or adaptation, but the actual resource that individuals can use to clean out his or her symptoms. Contact with this resource is in my opinion what makes the remedy… homeopathic.
